Golf Books
Here is a list of recommended books that we have enjoyed over
the years. They are in no particular order. If you would like to purchase any of these books or want to read a more
"professional" review, click on the image.
Missing Links by Rick Reilly is one of the all time funniest golf books.
Reilly did a great job with his character creation and storyline. This is
a must read.
Dave
Pelz's Short Game Bible - Widely
known as the Master of the Short Game, Pelz provides you with his
best information on this very important part of the game. There appears to
be magic inside this book. I purchased it on a Sunday, read about 20 pages
in the afternoon and got up and down for par six times on Monday (results may
vary). I can't wait to read the whole thing!
From
the mind of David Feherty comes A Nasty Bit of Rough. I'm not sure
where this guy comes up with his ideas but he is one of the funniest men alive.
Tiger
Woods How I Play Golf - Who wouldn't want to know this? It's a great
coffee table book and a lot of the information can be used by an average golfer.
Golf
Resorts of the World - I got this book as a birthday present and have been
leafing through it wishing that I could visit all of them. Another good
coffee table book.
Bud,
Sweat, and Tees - Do not read this book if you can't tolerate stupid people.
This story about PGA Tour Player, Rich Beam and his one time caddy, Steve
Duplantis will leave you shaking your head wondering why people squander their
potential.
